CO Gov. Hickenlooper, Once Marijuana Skeptic, Admits Legalization is Working

Colorado voters legalized recreational marijuana in 2012 over the objections of their governor, John Hickenlooper. In the years since, however, he has been forced to admit that their social experiment has been a success: addiction rates and teen use are down, tax revenues are up, and there are even fewer drug dealers. As he notes, 60% of Americans live in a state where either medical or recreational marijuana is legal, and perhaps more should follow. Click through for the interview on Meet the Press…

NIH: Teens Just Aren’t Getting High Anymore
